CRMA Recertification course- $95 per student

The CRMA Recertification course is required every 2 years from the active certification date, to validate that the student is knowledgeable and competent to continue passing meds safely. Recertification includes independent review of the CRMA curriculum, before meeting with the instructor for a skills assessment and written exam.

  • All CRMA certificates expire every 2 years

  • There is a 30-day grace period to get renewed from the current certificate date, but the CRMA cannot pass meds until becoming re-certified

  • If the certificate expires beyond 30 days, the full course must be retaken (but our full course is a great way to refresh your knowledge!)

Students are expected to review the CRMA curriculum before meeting with the instructor for a MAR skills assessment and written exam session at a coordinated date and time.

The meeting with the instructor will include:

1. Accurately transcribe a list of prescriber orders onto a paper MAR

2. Use the paper MAR for a hands-on med pass demonstration

3. Recert exam- includes 100 true/false, multiple-choice, and fill-in-the-blank questions

I look forward to helping you refresh your skills and strengthen your vital role as a CRMA-

See you soon! Instructor Heather

Enrolled students will receive an email with a study guide, including a list of prescriber orders, example MAR and a blank MAR

…..but here’s a copy of a blank MAR in case anyone needs it!
